Sweet Yumminess! Apricot Balls – easiest recipe EVER. Perfect for school lunches and snacks!
1 pkt of sulphur free apricots, chopped
3/4 of almond meal
1/2 cup of coconut cream or milk
Blend the apricots with the coconut cream or milk. In a bowl, mix the liquid into the almond meal to form a thick dough. Roll into little balls and ear raw OR cook at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then cool.
